School Director/Project Manager/Teacher/Translator
Summary of Main Responsibilities as School Director:
• To Manage the overall operation of the School, including ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, organization, daily activities, classes, schedules, etc.
• To recruit volunteer teachers in Mongolia and internationally to teach at the school a curriculum (for the vocational school)
• To help with developing and creating the class curriculum to teach the students
• To organize local fund raising campaigns and sponsorship activities to support the school
• To Provide leadership and direction to all employees, including teachers, volunteers, accountant, cooks, maintenance workers, security guard, administrative staff, translators, and any other employee of the school, and the students
